You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call (980) 448-7078, email BluSouth.Leasing@hines.com, or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

All applicants are required to provide a valid, government-issued ID and supporting documentation for income verification.
Guarantors must make 5x's the monthly rent in verifiable income.
Renters must make 3x's the monthly rent (gross)

Application fees, including the amount, refundability, and payment details, are outlined in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Resident must fill out and return a Reasonable Accommodation/Modification form that will be reviewed by Management, and a decision will be made.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease term options vary by availability and may include standard 12-month, 15-month longer, or flexible lease terms.
Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance (if required), first payment, and completion of any move-in scheduling or elevator reservations, where applicable.
Blu South Townhomes does not offer furnished housing.
Blu South Townhomes does not allow for Subletting. Lease transfers are possible for certain situations, please contact your Leasing Office for more information.
